My sweet little boy turned "8" yesterday...how can that be? I remember the day he was born very clearly....his cry, the way he stuck his tongue out in his first few hours, his smell, the instant love and joy we felt. I'm so proud of the little boy Tyler has become and my life has been blessed by him in so many ways. Tyler woke up on his birthday and swore he looked older and Morgan said he looked taller. He wore his "It's My Birthday" t-shirt that we made the day before.
While eating his favorite cereal for breakfast, Ty opened his card from Grandma & Grandpa
Ryan took Tyler camo balloons at school
I took ice cream cups to his class and his friend Maya, who shares his birthday, brought cup cakes and the class all celebrated with them.
Tyler's first request when he got home was to open his gift from Morgan
Do ya think the boy was excited to get the "Bakugan" he had been wanting?
Jesse came home early and we headed to Red Robin for Tyler's birthday dinner. He got a free ice cream sundae and the employees sang to him.
Then it was off to "The Putting Zoo" for some putt putt golf. Tyler and Jesse battled it out, but Ty ended up winning by one hole.
