Today was Field Day at school and the theme this year was the Olympics. There was opening ceremonies and they lit a torch and the kids competed in events all day. Tyler did the 200 yard dash, discus throw, standing long jump and the 4x100. He won 7 ribbons and smoked everyone in the 200 yard dash. He may be little, but boy is he fast! He had a great time with his buddies. Tyler's principal and vice principal dressed up as crazy Olympic contestants and waved off the buses today. Only 2 more school days and Tyler will be movin' on to 2nd grade!

Hey - that was fun. Looks like Tyler will be running track among other things. What a fun field day and lots of ribbons for the scrapbook.
