The past three years I have taken the kids to a Santa Breakfast put on by the city of Puyallup. We go with my friend Christie and her son, Jordan. This year the theme was the Grinch that Stole Breakfast with Santa. The place is always decorated really nice and they serve a really wonderful catered breakfast. The Grinch & Santa walked around and talked to the kids, a band played Christmas music and the kids danced and played in the fake snow. Ryan had a great time running around and stood on and threw as many of the decorated boxes that he could get his hands on. He didn't like the Grinch at all - clung to me everytime he came near. After breakfast, the Grinch read his book to everyone and then the kids got to sit on Santa's lap and they got candy canes and Christmas Pez dispensers. A fun kick off to December!

Oh, that looks like so much fun. Another great tradition. Ryan REALLY didn't like the Grinch - so I was glad to see his smile later.
