Goblin-Good Cupcakes

Tyler is having so much fun in his co-op class this year (and learning a ton!). Today they went to the Moore Theater in Seattle to see the play Suessical - Tyler said it was hilarious. When they returned, I went in to teach the kids how to make turkey cupcakes. Every week one of the parents goes in and does a cooking class with 4 kids and then those kids make enough of the recipe to share with the whole class. We used candy, frosting and fruit leather to make the turkeys and the kids had so much fun making them. Unfortunately, Tyler wasn't able to do the class with me today, but he enjoyed gobbling down his turkey and wants to make them at home now. I love being in the classroom and spending time with Tyler and his friends.
